Catering in London and the Home Counties, we use organic, free-range, wild, sustainable, non-gm, British seasonal produce.

Organic Corporate catering includes organic breakfasts, organic sandwich lunches and organic buffet menus.

At eco cuisine we aim to cook great tasting food, while respecting the environment we live in. Our Ethical Catering credentials include:-

Using organic, free-range or traditionally reared produce from sustainable farming methods

Using wild, organic, sustainable MSC fish and seafood

Using fair trade produce

Everything we cook is freshly prepared on the day of your event and we can provide menus with the provenance of your food

We offset our carbon emissions for deliveries and production of our food

Using British produce whenever possible to avoid food miles

Re-use and/or recycling of the items we use for each event

Not using GM food items

Sourcing each event individually to give you confidence in where your food has come from

Providing menus stating where the main produce has been sourced from

We also offer organic, biodynamic, fair trade champagne, wines, beers and soft drinks

Eco means "living things in relation to their environment" and cuisine meaning "a style of cooking primarily influenced by the ingredients that are available locally or through trade"

Organic Private catering includes weddings, christenings, parties, organic bbq's and dinner parties.

Offering plenty of vegetarian options, we can also adapt most recipes for guests with special dietary requirements.

Ethical Events offers you the opportunity to use ethical caterers using sustainable, organic produce. We can provide recycled biodegradable napkins and Biodegradable and fully compostable, even edible crockery, cutlery and serving trays.

Eco cuisine goes carbon zero ........................eco cuisine went Carbon Zero in December 2007. As ethical caterers we wanted to reduce our carbon footprint.
